Code 8" Boomer Tom Head (Clear)

Drummers know the difference between ordinary drum heads and those engineered specifically for their craft, and Code drum heads represent the pinnacle of purpose-built percussion technology. These premium heads combine time-honoured manufacturing techniques with cutting-edge innovation, utilising the highest quality PET polyester film secured by Code's revolutionary Grip-Tight™ rim technology for uncompromising performance.

The unique Grip-Tight™ system features a deep, double-knurled solid steel core that's securely crimped by a high-quality aluminium rim, ensuring your heads stay perfectly positioned during even the most intense playing sessions. This innovative design allows for free resonance, quick and easy tuning, and superior tuning stability over extended periods. Additionally, all Code products are manufactured using 100% recyclable materials, reflecting their commitment to environmental responsibility.

The Code Boomer series represents a collaboration with Iron Maiden's legendary drummer Nicko McBrain, bringing signature performance to your kit. Boomer Tom heads feature a clear single ply of 10 mil PET film that produces a bright, open and punchy sound designed to cut through dense mixes and project with authority. Enhanced durability comes from a 7 mil surface chrome donut dot, constructed from two plies of chrome and clear PET film for added strength where you need it most.
