Cioks Adapter Flex Cable - 10cm (White)

The Series Adaptor Flex revolutionises pedal power by combining two isolated outlets to create higher voltages for demanding effects pedals. This clever cable works by adding together the voltages from two separate outlets, making it perfect for powering 18V, 24V, or even 40V pedals that standard 9V supplies simply can't handle.

When paired with any CIOKS standard Flex cable, you gain complete control over both plug type and cable length at the pedal end. The beauty of this system lies in its flexibility - the standard Flex cable you choose determines exactly what connector and length you need for your specific setup. For those seeking a more straightforward solution for 18V pedals using the standard 5.5/2.1mm centre negative DC plug (BOSS standard), the CIOKS Stack Flex offers a simpler alternative.

Understanding the technical aspects is crucial for proper use. The Series Adaptor Flex creates a series connection between two outlets that must be isolated from each other. You receive the combined voltage but maintain the current rating of the individual outlets. For example, connecting two 9V/100mA outlets produces 18V at 100mA maximum, while two 9V/200mA outlets yield 18V at 200mA maximum. Similarly, two 12V/200mA outlets configured together provide 24V whilst maintaining the 200mA current limit.
