Swedish progressive metal virtuoso Henrik Danhage's signature axe returns with the limited edition Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 1, bringing two decades of touring experience into a single, battle-tested instrument. This distinctive guitar honours the Evergrey guitarist's relentless approach to heavy riffing with an ash body construction and 25.5" scale length that provides the foundation for crushing metal tones and precise progressive passages.

The bolt-on maple neck features graphite reinforcement rods for superior stability against environmental changes, whilst the 12"-16" compound radius maple fingerboard with rolled edges and 22 jumbo frets creates an ideal playing surface for both aggressive riffing and intricate chord work. A heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel allows for quick neck relief adjustments during performance, and the reverse licensed Fender® Strat headstock adds to the instrument's distinctive visual appeal.

Pickup configuration centres around a high-output Seymour Duncan® JB™ TB-4 humbucker in the bridge position for crushing rock and metal tones, paired with a DiMarzio® Area 67™ DP419CR single-coil neck pickup that excels at bright, shimmering clean sounds. The unique control layout features a single white volume knob labelled as "Tone" with push/push switching between pickups, whilst a top-mount Floyd Rose® 1000 Series double-locking tremolo system maintains tuning stability through extreme whammy bar abuse.
