Carl Martin Single Channel AC-Tone Overdrive Guitar Pedal

The Carl Martin Single Channel AC‐Tone Guitar Pedal brings legendary British amplifier tones to your pedalboard in a compact, stage‐ready format. This streamlined version of the acclaimed Pro‐Series AC‐Tone maintains the same exceptional sound quality as its larger sibling while offering a slightly enhanced gain section and a more pedalboard‐friendly footprint. The pedal features a straightforward design with three knobs and one switch, making it incredibly user‐friendly for both studio and live applications.

At the heart of this pedal lies Carl Martin's innovative DC‐DC converter circuitry, allowing it to run on a standard 9V power supply while internally operating at 12V levels. This clever engineering preserves the authentic tone and headroom that made the original AC‐powered version so highly regarded. The Level knob provides precise control over output volume, enabling you to match or boost your bypass signal for both rhythm playing and soaring solos.

The Drive control takes you on a journey from light crunch at its minimum setting through to full overdrive with rich sustain when maxed out. Regardless of your gain setting, the AC‐Tone consistently produces those distinctive British tones that cut through any mix with clarity and presence. The active buffered bypass ensures your signal remains strong and clear, even when running long cable runs across large stages, making this pedal a reliable choice for professional musicians.
