Loop your way to musical mastery with the BOSS RC-1, the most user-friendly loop station ever created by the industry pioneers who revolutionised looping technology back in 2001. This compact stompbox delivers professional-grade looping capabilities without the complexity, making it perfect for musicians who want to dive straight into the creative process. The RC-1's innovative 24-segment circular LED indicator provides instant visual feedback of your recording, overdubbing, and playback modes, ensuring you always know exactly where you are in your loop.
Recording time becomes a non-issue with the RC-1's impressive 12 minutes of stereo capture capability – the longest in its class. The stereo inputs and outputs accommodate everything from guitars and basses to synthesisers and other stereo instruments, allowing you to create rich, full-spectrum backing tracks for practice sessions or live performances. Integration into existing pedalboards is seamless, and the unit's compact footprint won't crowd your setup.
Power options remain flexible with single 9-volt battery operation providing approximately 4.5 hours of use, or you can connect an optional PSA series AC adaptor for extended sessions. The optional FS-7 footswitch expands control options, letting you stop, erase, undo, and redo phrases with dedicated switches. Your recorded phrases stay safely stored in memory even when the unit is powered off, so your creative work is never lost.
