Boss PS-6 Harmonist Super Shifter Pedal

The BOSS PS-6 Harmonist brings professional-grade pitch manipulation to your pedalboard with four intelligent pitch-shift effects and three-voice harmony capabilities. This powerful unit combines Harmony, Pitch Shifter, and Detune modes with the innovative Super Bend feature, creating authentic pedal-bending effects and dramatic three to four-octave pitch sweeps. The harmony function operates with remarkable simplicity — select your major or minor key, set SHIFT to 3-VOICE, and you’re ready to create rich, layered harmonies.

Built around unparalleled DSP technology, the PS-6 generates complex harmony voicings with natural beauty and ease. The pedal can produce two or three voices across all modes, adding substantial depth to your guitar tone. Detune mode broadens your sound naturally through 3-voice detuning with slightly raised and lowered pitches alongside your direct signal, while pitch-shifting capabilities allow voices to be shifted one octave up and a fifth below — perfect for arpeggio-style playing.

The Super Bend effect spans an impressive 7-octave range from –3 to +4 octaves, with customisable Rise and Fall times. Real-time control comes via the pedal’s knob or an optional expression pedal like Roland’s EV-5. True to BOSS’s legendary reputation, the PS-6 maintains the road-tough construction, consistency, and reliability that has made BOSS compact pedals world-famous, ensuring decades of dependable performance under demanding conditions.
