The Behringer PROTON brings serious analog firepower to your studio with its paraphonic semi-modular design that's ready to become the centrepiece of your synthesizer collection. This powerhouse features two VCOs, multi-mode VCFs, and an extensive patch bay that opens up countless sonic possibilities for electronic music production.

Built around an intuitive linear workflow, the PROTON's semi-modular architecture means you can start making music immediately without any patching required. Simply connect your keyboard or computer via MIDI through DIN or USB connections, and you're ready to dive into analog synthesis. The two self-oscillating, multi-mode VCFs can be configured in parallel or series with linkable CVs, while dual ASR envelopes offer reverse, inverse, loop, and bounce options for controlling VCAs and wave folders.

The synthesis engine includes two analog ADSR generators for VCF modulation, plus a multi-mode wave folder that adds rich harmonic content to the LFOs. With two flexible LFOs featuring five waveforms, MIDI clock sync, and comprehensive control over key sync, phase, and depth parameters, the PROTON provides extensive modulation capabilities. The built-in noise generator and ability to sum external audio into either VCF further expand the unit's sound generation potential.

Designed for standard Eurorack compatibility, the PROTON integrates seamlessly into modular setups with simple power cable connections and included mounting screws.
