The Behringer CP3A-O OSCILLATOR CONTROLLER module brings the legendary circuitry from the iconic "Modular 55 and 35" series mixers straight to your Eurorack setup. This authentic reproduction captures the same sound that shaped countless pop, rock and jazz recordings from the world’s most celebrated musicians. Musicians can now build their own custom synthesiser that fits perfectly in a standard Eurorack case without breaking the bank. Mix and match with specific modules to suit your musical style, or go completely mad and fill an entire room with modules to satisfy any synth enthusiast’s ultimate fantasy.
The CP3A-O features four routing switches that let you send Control Voltages to one or more oscillators with precision. Switches 1 to 3 connect directly to Control Inputs 1, 2 and 3, while switch 4 handles external Control Voltage signals through a 3.5 mm TS plug, complete with an attenuator knob for fine control. You can route up to three external control voltage signals to any of the three summed Control Inputs, and combine these signals by engaging the corresponding routing switches.
The parallel jacks at the bottom send your final combined voltage signal to any connected module, making the CP3A-O brilliant for driving multiple 921A or B oscillator modules. This opens up possibilities for more complex patches and endless creative exploration. Installation couldn’t be simpler – just connect the power cables to your power supply and mount using the included screws, allowing seamless integration with other synth modules for a truly personalised setup.
