Avid Pro Tools HDX Core (Hardware Only)

Pro Tools | HDX stands as the ultimate solution for audio professionals managing complex projects with hundreds of tracks and thousands of clips, now available at a more accessible price point. This powerhouse system provides up to 5x more processing power than previous generations, enabling you to create bigger, better sounding mixes whilst tackling the most demanding music and post-production projects with guaranteed performance confidence.

The dedicated DSP architecture handles the most challenging sessions with ease – from recording a 100-piece orchestra to mixing soundtracks with thousands of clips. A single card system supports up to 256 audio tracks, expandable to 768 tracks with three cards, plus mixing capabilities for up to 192 inputs and outputs. This substantial processing power allows you to run significantly more plug-ins whilst maintaining rock-solid stability across projects of any scale.

Audio fidelity remains uncompromised through the system’s complete sound transparency and premium Pro Tools | HD series audio interfaces. The fully customisable HD I/O captures analog and digital sources in pristine clarity, whilst the all-in-one HD OMNI handles tracking, mixing, and monitoring up to 7.1 surround. Pro Tools | PRE rounds out the range for exceptional vocal and instrument recording capabilities.

Integration into existing setups proves straightforward, making Pro Tools | HDX suitable for studio upgrades or complete audio workstation replacements. Connect seamlessly into MADI-enabled broadcast, post-production, or live sound environments through HD MADI, control multiple Pro Tools | HD systems from a single transport via the included Satellite Link, and maintain perfect synchronisation across all connected digital devices with SYNC HD.
