The Australian Monitor AJQF80CS is a two–way coaxial ceiling speaker designed for installed sound applications demanding high SPL and extended low–frequency output. The 8–inch woofer and coaxial tweeter configuration delivers detailed audio reproduction across the frequency spectrum, while front–baffle porting enhances bass response and definition beyond what standard ceiling speakers can achieve. Frameless magnetic grilles allow tool–free removal for quick tap changes and installation access.

The sealed back–can enclosure minimises acoustic spill into ceiling cavities, ensuring sound energy projects into the listening space rather than dispersing above. Coaxial driver geometry places the tweeter on–axis with the woofer for coherent dispersion and consistent tonal balance throughout the coverage area. Australian Monitor supplies EASE® GLL simulation files for the QuickFit range, enabling detailed acoustic modelling during system design. Black grilles are available separately, allowing the white speaker to be visually adapted to darker ceiling finishes without requiring a separate model.
