The ATH-M50xBT2 delivers the legendary studio sound of Audio-Technica's acclaimed M-Series headphones in a completely wireless package. Building on the sonic foundation of the original ATH-M50x, these second-generation wireless headphones feature the same 45mm large-aperture drivers that have made them a studio standard. The advanced AK4331 audio DAC and dedicated internal amplifier work together to produce deep, accurate bass response and crystal-clear high-fidelity sound across the full 15-28,000 Hz frequency range.
Professional-grade functionality extends beyond audio quality with dual microphones and beamforming technology that ensures exceptional call clarity. The built-in controls provide seamless access to volume, music playback, and voice assistants including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri. Multipoint pairing keeps you connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, while Google Fast Pair simplifies connection with Android devices. The A-T Connect app allows complete customisation of EQ settings, low latency mode activation, and volume balance adjustment.
Battery performance sets these headphones apart with an impressive 50+ hours of continuous playback on a full charge, plus rapid charging that delivers 3 hours of use from just 10 minutes via USB-C. The over-ear closed-back design provides excellent sound isolation, while professional-grade earpads and headband materials ensure long-term comfort during extended listening sessions. High-quality LDAC and AAC codec support maintains audio fidelity, and a 1.2m cable is included for optional wired connectivity when needed.
