Aston HALO Shadow Reflection Filter & Portable Vocal Booth Black Ver.

The Aston HALO Black reflection filter represents a revolutionary leap in portable acoustic technology, featuring a patented design that wraps around performers with nearly 100mm of rear depth for superior room isolation. This all-black version maintains the same exceptional performance as the original HALO whilst providing a more subdued aesthetic for those preferring a moodier studio environment. Unlike conventional reflection filters that rely on outdated design concepts, the HALO’s unique form extends filtering capabilities both horizontally and vertically, creating a significantly larger surface area for acoustic treatment.

Built from patented PET felt – one of the most lightweight yet efficient acoustic materials available globally – the HALO combines technical excellence with environmental responsibility. The acoustic felt comprises 70% recycled PET plastic bottle material, making this high-performance product remarkably eco-friendly. Its textured, wave-formed surface provides enhanced diffusion of direct sound whilst the organic design creates a more creative-friendly space that encourages better vocal performances.

The HALO’s proprietary ‘easy-mount’ hardware system ensures quick setup and stable mounting on standard microphone stands, whilst the lightweight construction makes it highly portable without compromising on acoustic performance. This combination of radically improved isolation, linear absorption characteristics, and thoughtful engineering makes the HALO Black an outstanding solution for professional portable room acoustics in any recording environment.
