ARX Blue DI Portable Bluetooth Direct Input Box for SmartPhones Tablets

The ARX Blue DI is a Bluetooth–equipped active direct box designed to connect smartphones, tablets, and other wireless media sources to professional audio systems. It addresses the growing need for wireless presentation and playback in corporate AV, live sound reinforcement, and studio monitoring environments. The unit pairs with Bluetooth devices and routes audio through balanced XLR outputs with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, delivering broadcast–quality signal integrity without cables.

An active DI circuit with electronically balanced XLR outputs provides a 200 Ohm output impedance, allowing long cable runs without signal degradation. The all–steel chassis is finished in textured blue polyurethane with epoxy screen printing and a slip–resistant rubber base. Power comes via an external 12VDC supply through a dedicated socket, enabling many portable devices to charge simultaneously during use. The chassis shares the Audibox range footprint and manufacturing platform, with offset lid screws for straightforward internal access and servicing when required.
