Arturia MiniLab 37 Universal MIDI Controller w/ 37-Note Keyboard (Black)

The Arturia MiniLab 37 extends the company's compact MIDI controller platform to a 37-note format, delivering two-handed keyboard performance in a footprint measuring just 60.5 cm wide. The velocity-sensitive slim-key keybed spans three full octaves, enabling bassline and melody work that the 25-note version couldn't accommodate. Arturia's design prioritises direct hardware control with a mini display, eight rotary encoders, four faders, and 16 RGB-backlit pads arranged in a 2×4 stacked layout that keeps finger drumming and clip triggering within reach.

The controller provides two capacitive touch strips for pitch-bend and modulation, plus octave and semitone transpose buttons for quick key changes during live sets. Each of the 16 pads responds to both velocity and pressure, with two banks accessible via a selector. The unit weighs 1.85 kg and includes a USB-C port for class-compliant connectivity, a traditional MIDI DIN output, and a control input accepting sustain, expression, or footswitch pedals. Custom DAW scripts integrate with major production platforms, while the built-in arpeggiator and chord modes handle arrangement tasks without software switching.

Arturia bundles Analog Lab software with hardware-assigned parameter control that maps directly to the encoders and faders, eliminating menu diving when selecting sounds. Eight DAW and user presets store custom mappings for different applications, from Ableton clip launching to Logic mixer control. The unit draws minimal power and can run from an iPad with Apple's camera connection kit, making it functional in mobile recording and live performance rigs where mains power isn't guaranteed. The included software package adds over 500 synth and keyboard presets alongside a full DAW.
