The Performance II is a two-ply head manufactured with Aquarian's Vacuum Molded Process, which eliminates air bubbles and wrinkles between the plies. The edges are sealed to control overtones and focus on low frequencies, creating the low, fat, punchy tom-tom sound that defined classic rock and roll recordings.
Designed for loose tuning, these heads make it easy to achieve that big, low-controlled sound. A small Power Dot adds durability while enhancing focused attack and projection, making the Performance II a powerful upgrade for any kit.
