The Allen & Heath ZED-22FX multipurpose USB mixer with FX ensures every musician gets their moment in the spotlight with comprehensive channel management for larger ensembles. This versatile mixing desk features 16 mono channels, each equipped with dedicated three-band EQ, FX level controls, gain adjustment, and individual faders. The thoughtful design allows you to balance overall levels whilst fine-tuning each channel to achieve maximum sonic potential. Professional Neutrik connections accommodate both microphones via XLR inputs and instruments through 1/4-inch jacks.
Recording flexibility comes standard with the ZED-22FX’s plug-and-play USB connectivity, making it equally suited for home studios, professional recording environments, or location work. You can route your mix to a separate audio interface or connect directly to your PC, sending tracks straight to the included Cakewalk SONAR software or your preferred digital audio workstation.
Live performance capabilities shine through the mixer’s comprehensive routing options and built-in effects processing. Two pre-fade auxiliary sends plus a post-fade send provide flexible routing to external effects units, whilst the onboard selection of 16 time-delay effects gives you immediate sound-shaping tools. This makes the ZED-22FX an excellent choice for live mixing applications with PA systems.
