The SR470 analog space diversity receiver features a rugged half-rack metal housing with enhanced Auto Setup, Environment Scan and Rehearsal modes for quick system configuration. Its programmable backlight changes colour to alert users of critical conditions including low battery warnings, audio peaks, and weak radio signals. The system supports complex antenna configurations and up to 48 simultaneous wireless channels with optional professional antenna splitters and remote antennas.

Built for endurance, the PT470 body-pack transmitter operates up to 14 hours on a single AA battery and includes integrated charging contacts for NiMH rechargeable batteries. The pilot tone transmission continuously sends data to the receiver, including battery status, whilst the professional mini XLR connector ensures compatibility with various lavaliere and headset microphones.
