AKG C114 Large Diaphragm Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone

The AKG C114 is a professional large‐diaphragm multi‐pattern condenser microphone built for musicians, podcasters, streamers, and content creators who need maximum flexibility without compromising sound quality. Inspired by AKG’s legendary studio microphones, it delivers pristine clarity and refined detail in a modern, creator‐friendly design.

At its heart is an edge‐terminated, gold‐sputtered large diaphragm capsule derived from the iconic AKG C12 design. Combined with an advanced transformerless FET circuit, the C114 delivers a smooth top end, balanced frequency response, and ultra‐wide dynamic range. Switchable cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure‐of‐eight polar patterns make it easy to adapt to vocals, instruments, room capture, and creative recording techniques.

Sustainability is integral to the C114’s construction, with the microphone body made from 100% recycled PIR metals and alloys, and packaging designed for minimal environmental impact. With high headroom, low self‐noise, and versatile pickup patterns, the AKG C114 is a powerful, future‐ready condenser microphone for studio recording, broadcasting, and modern content creation.
