The included sample kit editor streamlines your workflow with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality for Mac® and PC, automatically converting your samples to compatible .WAV files while offering tuning and reverb options. You can easily arrange and modify your samples before loading them onto the MPX8, then save complete sample sets for quick recall during performances.

Beyond its sampling capabilities, the MPX8 comes loaded with a built-in library of popular sounds and samples, plus access to a free Loop Library download from Akai Pro. The unit provides professional connectivity options including two balanced 1/4-inch outputs and a 1/8-inch headphone output, giving you one-touch access to unlimited sounds, shots, stabs, and drops in a compact, road-ready package.
