This three-way active monitor features dual 7-inch bass drivers, each powered by dedicated 500W Class D amplifiers, providing exceptional low-frequency reproduction down to 30Hz without requiring additional subwoofers.

At the heart of the S3H lies ADAM Audio's newly developed DCH — a revolutionary 4-inch hybrid dome/cone mid-range driver that combines the sonic benefits of both cone and soft-dome technologies in a single unit. Powered by a 300W Class D amplifier, this driver handles the critical 250Hz to 3kHz frequency range with remarkable precision. High frequencies above 3kHz are managed by the handcrafted S-ART treble driver, manufactured at ADAM Audio's Berlin factory, paired with the new precision HPS waveguide and a 50W Class A/B amplifier.

The S Series' custom DSP system optimises crossover performance across the entire frequency spectrum while offering comprehensive user equalisation and room tuning capabilities. A standout feature includes a factory EQ preset that emulates the response characteristics of ADAM Audio's legendary S3A monitor. The DSP also provides limiter-based driver protection, processes AES3 digital input signals, and supports future expansion options through easy USB software updates and computer connectivity for DSP control.
