The Yamaha DXR10mk3 is a 2-way, bi-amped powered loudspeaker built around a 10" low-frequency driver paired with a 1.75" compression driver. Compact and lightweight, it delivers 132 dB SPL output whilst maintaining the precision and clarity expected from Yamaha's professional audio engineering. The symmetrical, form-injected moulded enclosure prioritises both portability and acoustic performance, making it suitable across live performance, front-of-house mixing, monitor applications, and fixed installation contexts.

The amplifier section uses a newly developed 2000 W Class-D design, paired with proprietary DSP processing that includes FIR-X™ tuning for phase-coherent frequency response and Drive Motion Calibration™ to linearise low-frequency motion and reduce distortion. The cabinet's large-diameter horn secures directivity control across a wide frequency span, whilst optimised port positioning minimises standing-wave artifacts. Remote control via the dedicated D-Remote app (iOS and Android) allows real-time adjustment of preset DSP modes–including FOH/MAIN and MONITOR configurations with automatic vertical/horizontal positioning–plus Bluetooth® audio streaming compatibility. An intelligent feedback suppressor automatically attenuates problematic resonances during live use.

Field deployment is supported by rigging points for eye-bolt suspension, dual-angle pole sockets offering 0° and –7° downtilt, and compatibility with optional mounting brackets for vertical or horizontal orientation. An optional speaker cover provides transport and storage protection. The combination of lightweight construction, DSP flexibility, and straightforward remote app control makes this unit well-suited to touring musicians, compact venues, and engineers requiring a single versatile mid-size cabinet.
