Yamaha's CXR15MK3 is a two–way passive loudspeaker engineered to anchor larger live sound rigs and front–of–house setups where extended low–end authority matters. The 15" woofer paired with a 1.75" compression driver yields the deepest frequency response in its class, paired with the clarity and output capacity needed for DJ events, full bands, and touring performers who refuse to compromise on bass definition and punch.
Construction centres on a lightweight, high–performance form–injected moulded enclosure with asymmetrical geometry designed to manage port positioning intelligently and suppress standing wave reflections. The wide–dispersion horn secures frequency coherence across the midrange and treble spectrum, whilst dual–angle pole sockets offer both 0° and −7° downtilt orientation. Rigging points accept eyebolts for suspended deployment, and an optional bracket system enables vertical or horizontal mounting configurations. Speaker covers are sold separately to shield the cabinet during transport, extended storage, or outdoor gigs.
