The copy of Ableton Live 12 Intro included in this bundle is a digital download (not boxed copy), which is added to your Ableton account when you register the Push 3 Standalone Controller on the Ableton website.

The Ableton Push 3 represents a significant leap forward in music production technology, functioning as both a standalone instrument and a comprehensive control surface for Ableton Live. Built around 64 MPE-enabled pads that respond to finger pressure and movement across multiple axes, this device delivers exceptional expressive control for everything from smooth melodic phrases to intricate rhythmic patterns. The pads allow musicians to manipulate sound parameters in real-time through touch, creating dynamic performances that capture the nuance of acoustic instruments while maintaining the flexibility of electronic production.

At its core, Push 3 features a built-in processor, battery, and storage system that enables completely laptop-free music creation. The integrated audio interface provides two balanced inputs and outputs, expandable to 10 inputs and 12 outputs via ADAT connectivity. Musicians can connect external synthesisers, instruments, and effects directly to Push, while CV and gate outputs facilitate seamless integration with Eurorack modular systems. WiFi connectivity ensures easy access to sound packs, firmware updates, and wireless synchronisation with other devices through Ableton Link.

The user experience centres around an intuitive navigation system featuring a large LCD display and precision jog wheel for quick library browsing and MIDI editing. Push 3 comes loaded with Live Intro software, 19 sound packs containing over 40GB of content, and more than 4100 presets. The robust construction measures 380mm x 318mm x 44.5mm and weighs 3.95kg, making it substantial enough for studio use while remaining portable for live performance. Future-proofing comes through upgradeable components, ensuring the instrument evolves alongside advancing technology.
