At Derringers, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing you're getting the best price on the gear you love. If you find a stocked item at a lower advertised price from an authorised Australian retailer—including shipping and handling—we’ll gladly match it!*

Simply submit a price challenge request, and we’ll get back to you ASAP—usually within one business day. Providing a phone number helps us respond faster, but if not, we’ll reach out via email.

How It Works

1. We find the exact item: The item must be exactly the same— SKU, model, and colour—brand new, in stock, and supplied by an authorised Australian distributor with a full warranty.
2. We verify the price: We’ll match a price we can confirm as current, including any shipping or handling charges. Just provide the product link so we can verify it.
3. We make sure the price is advertised correctly: We can’t match pricing errors (like typos or outdated costs), but we’ll always do our best to find you a great deal.

Items must be packed securely—Derringers is not liable for damage in transit.
